HOW our Web-Service works:

  • When you press SEND (after filling out form and selecting (if any) upgrades, the file is uploaded to our protected servers in our own data center.

  • The recipient is sent an email with a download link and instructions on how to pick it up. When the link is clicked, the download begins and they can then access the file when it finishes downloading.
  • The file can be downloaded up to 4 times before it's deleted. It is available for pickup for a maximum of 72 hours. We cannot recover deleted / removed files. We do not take backups of files for your privacy and protection

Need MORE Security? We can help!

Web Based solutions cannot provide more than "basic" protection for sent documents. For "Diplomatic-Grade" protection use our XoomFile APP (Mac or Windows) which shreds, compresses and encrypts the file BEFORE sending. Only the recipient can re-assemble and de-crypt the file.
